Our Programs

HERVoice has four main programs, each with its own mission, however, serves the same main purpose of bringing the female APU students together, to create a safe space to grow and collaborate. The four programs are as follows:

HERNetwork

HERNetwork is a networking program with designated topics of interest which circulates around feminism, women struggles, current events or issues, etc. This program is aimed to provide a platform for female APU students to make new connections, discuss relevant topics and learn something new.

HEREvents

HEREvents will be an offline and online paid event (depending on the COVID-19 situation). HEREvents’ events have a purpose to encourage APU’s community to come together and have fun while supporting a good cause. Funds collected from HEREvents will contribute to HERSupport’s project to sponsor young girls’ educations for a month.

HERInsight

HERInsight will be HERVoice’s mentorship program, aimed to enhance the soft skills of female APU students, as well as providing educational knowledge on certain career industries from female professionals. In this program, a guest speaker will come and share their specialities or industries, in hopes to inspire and give support to the female students.

HERSupport

As an initiative to contribute to society outside of APU’s community, HERVoice will establish a charity program to support the education and safety of girls all over the world. From the funds gathered during HERInsight events, HERSupport will sponsor one or more girls each month through Wahana Visi, an Indonesian charity.
